With me as your Buyer’s Representative, your house hunt will be easier and more efficient. I will analyze the market and present you with competitive offers to help you find the right property.

I have a unique background in engineering, supplier contracts, and business which allows me to negotiate successfully and provide thorough analyses of properties for you.

Throughout our collaboration, I’ll help you with contracts, inspections, closing procedures, and more! I can even help fix items at a house to ensure its approval during inspections. In the past, I’ve even pursued purchasing a home to remodel it for a buyer client to help them meet their budget.

Seller Representative

Working with me to sell your home will help you get the most out of the transaction. I tailor my marketing strategy to each individual property and everything is negotiable.

My base package includes professional photography, flyers, and marketing on popular websites such as the Zillow Group and Realtor.com.

Additional offline marketing such as newspaper ads and home staging can also be included.

In my 5+ years of owning and managing my own properties, I’ve developed hundreds of contacts for handyman/contractor services, investors, and rental leads that can help you prepare your home for sale to its fullest potential. I can even offer you one of my beautifully remodeled, fully furnished properties in the Lansing area as temporary housing during your move if needed — just ask!
